A colourful Joshaghan rug from the 1930s to 1940s. The structure of the rug is intact - not to be taken for granted in a piece of this age. But the front has suffered moth damage meaning that there are patches of wear down to the base level alongside areas of pile. There is some white flecking and some partial colour restoration has been done to preserve the overall sense of pattern.
This is a pretty rug that makes a good impact and is priced as an affordable option.
