Cheerful 1930s rug from Karaja in NW Persia. Hooked medallions in a quite unusual combination of blues, reds, pink and yellow - all of which could be perfectly echoed in accent colour cushions. Pleasing flower motifs at each end. Some wear in places, slight loss to ends.
